Bhandara List for 300 people. (Food should be without onion and garlic.)

Every Sunday Durga Temple serve food in the evening at 6:45 P.M followed by the temple Aarti. Sponsors can cook in the temple’s kitchen and get catering done also. If the sponsor can not cook it the temple will arrange the food for 250 to 300 people. In this case the temple will decide the menu. For e.g. dal/aloo/dahi/rice/halwa or seviyan kheer/pickle and nan.

Only the sponsor has to pay $500 in the name of the Durga Temple + paper products have to be brought in (compartments plates/Napkins/Water Cups/bowls.

Make sure before you serve the food you keep some food for the priests aside. 

Here is the list of the items, ingredients and quantity for the food. (300 people)  It can be varied on the different occasions, pujas and also depend the no of your own invitees. 

Please we request the sponsors to prepare the simple bhandara. 1 Dal, Vegetable, Raita, choose (nan, roti, puri) rice, pickle and one sweet.  You can choose any item from the following list or you can have your own item.
