Downstair Hall Rental

	Hall Rental Form (in MS Word) Durga Temple has a beautifully built lower level. The main hall has a capacity of 250 people. One kitchen to warm the food A big serve-in area Two rooms for various purposes and rest-rooms. The whole lower unit is available for rent for your special occasions.

	The rental fees / rules are as follows: FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis All payments are due in FULL at the time of Booking Without FULL payment the booking is NOT confirmed 100.00 Security Deposit (should be refunded within two weeks, if hall returned in good shape) Hall Rent: (including set-up and cleaning time) $500.00 for upto 4 hours $100.00 for each additional hour Class Room Rent: (including set-up and cleaning time) $50.00 per hour and $300 for eight hour day. Any cost of repair or replacement of the damaged items (chairs, tables, kitchen items, etc.) will be charged

	Please contact Temple @ 703-690-9355 to arrange booking.  Please note: The hall cannot be rented past 11:30 pm (Monday thru Saturday) The hall is not rented out on Sundays due to temple sposored events The audio system is presently not available for use by the renters
